Sammelpässe von SPARexpress
- Geltungsbereich
AVIA-Kunden können über die AVIA-App einen digitalen Sammelpass aktivieren. Das Sammeln digitaler Stempel und das Einlösen von Sammelpässen sindausschliesslich an teilnehmenden AVIA-Stationen mit Shop (AVIA.ch/sammelpass)möglich.
Durch das Aktivieren des Sammelpasses akzeptiert jeder Kunde diese Nutzungsbedingungen. - Leistungsbeschreibung
Durch das Vorzeigen des digitalen Sammelpasses beim Bezahlvorgang und Scannen an der Kasse können Punkte für die vom Sammelpass erfassten Artikel gesammelt werden. Der Kunde erhält nach dem Kauf von 9 für den Sammelpass berechtigtenArtikeln an teilnehmenden AVIA-Stationen mit Shop den 10. für den Sammelpass berechtigten Artikel gratis (gemäss Shop-Angebot). - Nutzungsrechte
Nach der Aktivierung des digitalen Sammelpasses durch den Kunden bleibt dieser zwei Minuten aktiv, danach verfällt er.
Der Kunde entscheidet, wann er den Rabatt einlösen möchte, jedoch muss die Einlösung des Rabattcoupons innerhalb von zwölf Monaten nach dem Hochladen des letzten Stempels erfolgen. Ein gekaufter, für den Sammelpass berechtigter Artikel ergibt einen Stempel (keinen Stempel bei preislich ermässigten oder aufgrund des Sammelpasses gratis abgegebenen Artikeln). Der Rabattcoupon ist nur einmal einlösbar und nicht mit anderen Aktionen kombinierbar. Der Stempel ist nicht übertragbar und nicht in bar ablösbar. - Änderung der Nutzungsbedinungen
AVIA behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit die Teilnahmebedingungen zu ändern. Weiter behält sich AVIA das Recht vor, die Sammelpässe anzupassen, zu unterbrechen oder zu beenden. - Berechtigungen an der Software
Sämtliche Berechtigungen an der Software, den Inhalten und dem Design des digitalen Sammelpasses verbleiben bei AVIA. Der Kunde erwirbt durch die Nutzung des digitalen Sammelpasses keinerlei Rechte an diesen Elementen. - Schlussbestimmung
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Nutzungsbedinungen ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt. Die vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen schweizerischem Recht.

Passes collectives de SPARexpress
- Domaine d’application
Les clients AVIA peuvent activer un passeport collectif numérique via l’application AVIA. La collecte de tampons numériques et l’utilisation de passes collectives sont exclusivement possibles dans les stations AVIA participantes avec boutique (AVIA.ch/sammelpass).
En activant le passeport de collecte, chaque client accepte les présentes CGV. - Description des prestations
En présentant le passeport collectif numérique lors du processus de paiement et en le scannant à la caisse, il est possible de collecter des points pour les articles saisis par le passeport collectif. Après l’achat de 9 articles donnant droit au passeport collectif dans les stations AVIA participantes disposant d’une boutique, le client reçoit gratuitement le 10e article donnant droit au passeport collectif (selon l’offre de la boutique). - Droits d’utilisation
Après l’activation du pass collectif numérique par le client, celui-ci reste actif pendant deux minutes, après quoi il expire.
Le client décide du moment où il souhaite utiliser la réduction, mais l’utilisation du coupon de réduction doit avoir lieu dans les douze mois suivant le téléchargement du dernier timbre. Un article acheté et donnant droit au passeport collectif donne droit à un tampon (pas de tampon pour les articles à prix réduit ou remis gratuitement en raison du passeport collectif). Le coupon de réduction n’est utilisable qu’une seule fois et ne peut pas être combiné avec d’autres actions. Le tampon n’est pas transmissible et ne peut pas être remboursé en espèces. - Modification des CGV
AVIA se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment les conditions de participation.

I clienti AVIA possono attivare un pass collettivo digitale tramite l’app AVIA. La raccolta dei timbri digitali e la riscossione dei titoli di viaggio sono possibili solo presso le stazioni AVIA aderenti con uno shop (AVIA.ch/collectivepass).
Attivando il pass per collezionisti, ogni cliente accetta le presenti CG. - Descrizione dei servizi
I punti possono essere raccolti per gli articoli coperti dal Collector’s Pass mostrando il Collector’s Pass digitale durante il processo di pagamento e scansionandolo alla cassa. Il cliente riceve gratuitamente il 10° articolo idoneo per il Collector’s Pass (in base all’offerta del negozio) dopo aver acquistato 9 articoli idonei per il Collector’s Pass nelle stazioni AVIA aderenti con un negozio. - Diritti di utilizzo
Una volta che il cliente ha attivato il pass di viaggio digitale, questo rimane attivo per due minuti, dopodiché scade.
Il cliente decide quando riscattare lo sconto, ma il buono sconto deve essere riscattato entro dodici mesi dal caricamento dell’ultimo timbro. L’acquisto di un articolo idoneo per il Collective Pass dà luogo a un timbro (nessun timbro per gli articoli scontati o regalati sulla base del Collective Pass). Il buono sconto può essere utilizzato una sola volta e non è cumulabile con altre promozioni. Il bollino non è trasferibile e non può essere riscosso in contanti. - Modifica delle CGC
AVIA si riserva il diritto di modificare le condizioni di partecipazione in qualsiasi momento.

- Area of validity
AVIA customers can activate a digital collector’s pass via the AVIA app. The collection of digital stamps and the redemption of collector’s passes are only possible at participating AVIA stations with a store (AVIA.ch/sammelpass).
By activating the collector’s pass, each customer accepts these GTC. - Description of services
Points can be collected for the items covered by the Collector’s Pass by showing the digital Collector’s Pass during the payment process and scanning it at the checkout. The customer receives the 10th item eligible for the Collector’s Pass free of charge (according to the store offer) after purchasing 9 items eligible for the Collector’s Pass at participating AVIA stations with a store. - Rights of use
Once the customer has activated the digital group pass, it remains active for two minutes, after which it expires.
The customer decides when to redeem the discount, but the discount coupon must be redeemed within twelve months of the last stamp being uploaded. A purchased item eligible for the Collective Pass results in one stamp (no stamp for discounted items or items given away free of charge on the basis of the Collective Pass). The discount coupon can only be redeemed once and cannot be combined with other promotions. The stamp is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in cash. - Amendment of the GTC
AVIA reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
